EU Tender Scout is a ChatGPT app for discovering and triaging European public procurement opportunities from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily).

What it does: the app searches published TED notices using the official TED Search API. It can filter and summarize opportunities using evidence such as buyer, geography, CPV classification, estimated value, publication date, and tender deadlines when those fields are present.

Data source: the MVP uses the official TED Search API for published procurement notices. Search access is read-only and does not require a private TED API key.

How to interpret results: a search match means that a published notice satisfied the query sent to TED. It does not prove that a person or company is eligible, suitable, or compliant with the procurement documents. Missing values are kept missing rather than inferred, and lot-level deadlines, locations, classifications, or values may occur more than once.
